Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery & Installation
How do I get my hot tub installed, and what do I need to prepare?

We offer a "hassle-free" service. You only need to provide a solid, level base and the required electrical supply—we handle the rest. From professional delivery and positioning to filling and testing the water, our team ensures you are ready to soak.

Can it fit through my side gate, or do I need a crane?

Most models fit through a standard side gate on a specialized spa dolly. If your access is tight or has sharp turns, don't worry—we can perform a video site survey. In rare cases where a crane is needed, we will manage the logistics for you.

How soon can I start using my new hot tub?

For in-stock items, delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks. On the day of installation, once we’ve filled the tub, it will need a few hours (usually overnight) to reach your perfect temperature. You’ll be ready for your first dip the very next morning!

Showroom & Buying
Do you offer monthly payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible finance options to help spread the cost into manageable monthly installments. You can check your eligibility during checkout or speak to our team for a custom quote.

Hot Tubs & Swim Spas
How much will this actually add to my monthly electricity bill?

Energy efficiency is our priority. Thanks to our high-density insulation, most customers spend between £1–£2 per day on electricity. This varies slightly depending on usage, insulation, and local energy prices, but we can provide specific estimates for your chosen model.

Can I place a hot tub on my lawn or an existing deck?

Because a filled hot tub is extremely heavy, it cannot sit directly on grass or soil. You’ll need a solid, level foundation like concrete, paving slabs, or a reinforced timber deck. Not sure if your deck can handle it? Just ask us!

How much "work" is required to keep the water clean?

Much less than you think! It takes about 5–10 minutes a week to test the water and add the necessary minerals. We recommend a full water change every 3–4 months to keep everything crystal clear.

Saunas & Ice Baths
What are the benefits of "Contrast Therapy" (Hot & Cold)?

Alternating between the intense heat of a sauna and the freezing chill of an ice bath is a game-changer for recovery. It flushes out toxins, reduces muscle inflammation, and provides a natural "reset" for your nervous system.

I'm a beginner—how long should I stay in an ice bath?

Start slow! We recommend just 1 minute for your first time. As your body adapts, you can gradually work up to the 2–5 minute range. Listen to your body—consistency is more important than duration.
