1. Courier Deliveries: Most of our orders are dispatched via courier due to the hazardous nature of spa chemicals.
However, there are a few exceptions like Silver Ions, Aquachek test strips, Immerse sachets, and Spa Fusion sachets which are non-hazardous and can be posted.
2. Shipping Costs:
FREE Shipping: For orders over £80.
Flat Rate: £9.80 for chemical orders under £80.
Reduced Rate: £3.50 for small orders of certain non-hazardous items.
3. Large Products: Products like Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Pools, and Shelters have their own delivery/installation policies.

4. Dispatch & Delivery Times: We aim for a swift dispatch, usually within 24 hours, often on the same day. Our standard delivery
is via a 48-hour service with our trusted courier partners. Reduced rate shipping orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post.
5. International Deliveries: While our free delivery option is exclusive to UK mainland addresses, we can arrange
deliveries outside the UK. Please contact us for more details and costs.
6. Delivery Surcharges: Certain areas like Scotland, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Isles of Scilly may incur additional delivery surcharges. We'll contact you regarding any extra charges after you place your order. If you decide to cancel at that point, we'll issue a full refund.
7. Areas We Can't Deliver To: Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to the Scottish Isles, certain areas in Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
