Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team.
As a salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality hot tubs and swim spas. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the perfect hot tub to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills along with the mental agility & sales ability to close the sale cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their hot tub and spa requirements.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our spas.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable hot tub based on their preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hot tub industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels/strategies, including cold calling, lead follow-ups, and participation in trade shows or events when required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while continuously striving to exceed personal sales goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales contracts, quotes, and other relevant communication/documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the delivery and installation team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that hot tubs and related products are well-presented and clean.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor offerings through market research/mystery shopping.

Skills required:

  • Previous strong sales experience is a must, preferably in the spa/hot tub industry but not necessary.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Knowledge of hot tubs, spas, and related accessories, including different models, features, and maintenance requirements.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, national holidays, and occasional evenings as per business needs.
Hot tub Technician assistant

Job description:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and practical person to join our team.
The right candidate will train alongside our pool and hot tub technicians to learn varied roles including installing hot tubs, diagnosing and repairing faults to hot tub and swimming pool equipment and providing technical support, demonstrating hot tub and pool systems to clients.
Some technical experience is an advantage, but not essential. The most important elements are a positive attitude and an aptitude for learning. The applicant must be physically fit as there can be some heavy lifting occasionally.
This role is based at our office and warehouse in Chelmsford, following successful training, a company vehicle will be provided for work use.


Skills required:

  • A full clean driving licence is essential.
  • Friendly and well presented as this is a customer facing role.
  • Enjoy working alone and as part of a team, with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Prior knowledge of pools and/or hot tubs is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
  • Must be physically able and prepared to assist with heavy lifting and manoeuvring of hot tubs.
  • Organisation skills and the ability to fill out paperwork.
  • Good communication skills as will need to liaise with the office team and clients.
  • Excellent practical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting and solving problems.
